From first swings to college recruiting, our programs are built to grow with your athlete. Technical skill, mental performance, and the love of the process that keeps kids in the game long after the trophy gets dusty.
Every program below applies the same EDGE framework: Effort, Discipline, Growth, Edge. The difference is how we deliver it. A six-year-old needs joy, repetition, and a coach who knows when to laugh. A tournament-bound 16-year-old needs structure, accountability, and a system for the inside of their helmet. We meet kids where they are.
Camps and starter clinics that turn curiosity into confidence. Big swings, big smiles, low pressure.
Academy, leagues, and group clinics. Real technical work paired with the mental habits that make practice stick.
Tournament prep, course management, and the FlowCode mental game. Building the player they want to be.
One-on-one coaching, recruiting prep, and the deepest level of mental performance training we offer.
Our flagship program. Year-round coaching for kids who want to grow into real golfers, not just take a few lessons. Small groups, consistent coaches, structured progressions, and a community that shows up week after week.
Eight weeks of camp at our home base. Morning and afternoon sessions, 32 kids per session, full coaching team on the ground. Built for skill-building, not just keeping kids busy.
Targeted skill blocks for players who want to work on something specific, or for families who can't commit to a full program right now. After school, weekends, and school holidays.
Real on-course play in a structured, supportive league environment. Kids learn pace, etiquette, scoring, and how to handle the swings of competitive golf without the pressure of a tournament weekend.
For serious competitive players. One-on-one coaching with Josh, integrated FlowCode mental performance work, on-course play, and tournament-week prep. Built for kids playing junior tour events and serious about the next level.
The inside-the-helmet work. Josh built the FlowCode mental game system around seven core mantras that turn pressure into performance. Available as an add-on to any program or as a standalone subscription.
It's not branding. It's the four behaviors that quietly separate developing athletes from drifting ones. Whether they're 8 years old on the practice tee or 17 and chasing a college roster spot, we coach the same four things underneath whatever skill we're working on that day.
Tell us about your kid: age, experience, goals, and what's worked (or hasn't) so far. We'll recommend the right entry point. No pressure, no pitch.
The newsletter for parents of young athletes who want to coach the long game. Mental performance, development habits, and the kind of advice we share with families inside the academy, delivered every Monday.
