The GSH Pathway

Different ages, different needs, same philosophy.

Every program below applies the same EDGE framework: Effort, Discipline, Growth, Edge. The difference is how we deliver it. A six-year-old needs joy, repetition, and a coach who knows when to laugh. A tournament-bound 16-year-old needs structure, accountability, and a system for the inside of their helmet. We meet kids where they are.

Ages 5 to 8

First Swings

The EDGE Framework

Every program runs on the same four letters: EDGE.

It's not branding. It's the four behaviors that quietly separate developing athletes from drifting ones. Whether they're 8 years old on the practice tee or 17 and chasing a college roster spot, we coach the same four things underneath whatever skill we're working on that day.

Effort
Show up. Try.
Discipline
Do the work. Daily.
Growth
Get a little better.
Edge
Carry it forward.
Not sure which fits?

Start with a 15-minute conversation.

Tell us about your kid: age, experience, goals, and what's worked (or hasn't) so far. We'll recommend the right entry point. No pressure, no pitch.
